Peptide Plus Pharma Ltd's responsibility for an order is fulfilled when both of the following conditions have been met:
Lost, Stolen & Delayed Packages
Peptide Plus Pharma Ltd is not responsible for the following:
- Packages marked "Delivered" by USPS that the customer reports as not received.
- Packages stolen from a porch, mailbox, building lobby, or other location after USPS delivery.
- Carrier delays of any kind, including weather, holidays, mechanical, or systemic USPS delays.
- Misdelivery by USPS to the address provided on the order.
- Any other transit issue caused by the carrier.
Signature Confirmation
Customers may add USPS Signature Confirmation to any order at checkout for an additional fee. This service requires USPS to obtain a recipient signature at the point of delivery, providing strong proof of receipt.
Filing a False Claim Is a Federal Crime
Mail Fraud
Up to 20 years in federal prison.
Wire Fraud
Up to 20 years in federal prison if filed online or through any electronic channel.
False Claims
Up to 5 years in federal prison, since USPS is a federal entity.
If a customer knowingly files a chargeback, payment dispute, insurance claim, or written or electronic complaint alleging non-delivery of a package that USPS records show was delivered, Peptide Plus Pharma Ltd will take the following actions:
- Submit complete USPS delivery evidence to the customer's card issuer or payment processor, including delivery scan timestamp, GPS coordinates of the delivery scan, address verification data, and any carrier-captured delivery photo.
- File a formal report with the USPS Office of Inspector General at uspsoig.gov — the federal agency responsible for investigating postal fraud.
- Engage USPS Business Customer Support and the United States Postal Inspection Service in support of investigation and prosecution.
- Pursue all available civil remedies, including claims for common-law fraud, conversion, and breach of contract.
Customers who knowingly file false delivery claims will be reported, prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and permanently barred from future orders.
Reporting Window
Any claim of non-delivery must be reported to Peptide Plus Pharma Ltd within 7 days of the USPS delivery scan. Claims submitted outside this window cannot be investigated and will not be honored.
This window exists because USPS investigations require timely intervention. Delayed reporting prevents meaningful resolution and is itself a recognized indicator of fraudulent intent.
Address Accuracy
The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and current shipping address at checkout. Peptide Plus Pharma Ltd is not responsible for:
- Packages delivered to an outdated address provided by the customer.
- Packages returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
- Reshipment fees on returned packages caused by customer-provided address errors.
Repeat Non-Delivery Claims
Customers who file repeated non-delivery claims across multiple orders will trigger an account review. Peptide Plus Pharma Ltd reserves the right to refuse future service to any customer whose claim history is inconsistent with USPS delivery records.
Final Determination
All shipping-related determinations — including but not limited to lost-package investigations, replacement decisions, and reshipment authorizations — are made solely at the discretion of Peptide Plus Pharma Ltd following review of USPS records and any documentation submitted.
