At Peptide Plus Pharma LTD, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition — unused, unopened, and with all seals intact.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all labels and documentation included.
  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The return must be pre-approved by our support team before shipping.

Our packages do not include return slips. If you need assistance initiating your return, simply email us and we’ll guide you through the entire process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@peptidepluspharmaltd.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We process exchanges only for items that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or of the wrong size. We do not facilitate exchanges for items ordered in error by the customer.

The fastest way to exchange an eligible item is to:

Return Shipping Costs

Defective / Incorrect

Customers must initially cover the return shipping cost. Once the returned item is inspected and confirmed defective or incorrect, we will reimburse both the product cost and the original return shipping fees to your original payment method.

Non-Defective

Customers are solely responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective items, including orders placed incorrectly by the customer. Return shipping costs in these cases are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow the following processing time:

  • Refunds may take3–5 business daysto appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
  • Cryptocurrency payments will be refunded in the equivalent USD value at the time of the original transaction.
